These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Property Jalan (the "Service"), operated by C Dunn Consulting, a business registered in Singapore at 60 Paya Lebar Road, Unit 06-28, Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051 ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using https://propertyjalan.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Description of service

Property Jalan is a marketplace that connects licensed real estate agents in Singapore with qualified property buyer leads. Agents may browse leads for free and purchase contact details of leads they wish to pursue.

Eligibility

The Service is available to licensed real estate agents holding a valid Certificate of Estate Agency Practice (CEA) issued by the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) in Singapore. By registering, you confirm that you hold a valid CEA licence and that your licence remains valid for as long as you use the Service.

User accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration including your CEA licence number
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Lead purchases

  • Browsing available leads is free for all registered agents
  • Purchasing a lead grants you access to the full contact details of that lead
  • All lead purchases are final and non-refundable
  • Once purchased, a lead is removed from the marketplace and will not be sold to any other agent
  • We do not guarantee that any lead will result in a transaction or commission

User data

We collect and process the following data:

  • Name and email address
  • CEA licence number
  • Payment information
  • Usage data and cookies

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations including CEA regulations
  • Share purchased lead contact details with third parties
  • Attempt to contact leads through means other than those provided
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or related systems

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by C Dunn Consulting and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that leads are accurate, complete, or will result in any transaction. We are not responsible for the outcome of any interaction between agents and leads.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, C Dunn Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms or if your CEA licence is no longer valid.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be published at https://propertyjalan.com/terms. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
